RIVER CITIES FESTIVAL APRIL 17, 18, 19, 2020
Friday April 17: Opens 5:30 p.m
Saturday, April 18: Opens 11 a.m
Sunday, April 19: Opens Noon 9 p.m

All items are subject to approval and will be limited to only those approved items. A picture of your booth and products displayed is requested.

Booth spaces on the Circle are 10' x 10' each. Booth spaces on Canal Street and on the outside of the Circle will be charged accordingly with the
10' x 10' minimum prices in effect. Cash, check, credit cards or money orders will be accepted as payment. All booths must be paid in full by
April 10, 2020. All items are subject to approval and will be limited to three main items listed on this contract. The Festival reserves the right to
set minimum prices on food for the protection of all vendors. Photos of your booth and/or products displayed is requested. UL approved
equipment and grounded extensions cords are required. Tents and lighting will NOT be provided by the festival (tent rental, including one
table and two chairs is available for $100). A 110 volt electrical outlet is provided for each booth. Additional electricity must be provided or
approved by the Festival. A signed copy of this contract will be returned to the vendor/exhibitor upon approval by the Executive Director. Fo
