The 51st annual Spring Arts Festival dates have been set for Saturday, March 28, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 29, from noon to 5 p.m. on historic Northeast First Street, with music and dance performances at the Actor's Warehouse (619 NE 1st Street). Admission is free.
