Bookmark and Share
Location Fort Myers
Dates October 25, 2019 - October 27, 2019
Description: Fall is the start of autumn and across the world --- time for Oktoberfest! Wherever celebrated, Oktoberfest celebrations share common ingredients: tradition, lively music, mouthwatering food, and big, big pints of beer.

So accept our invitation to come join the festivities and party like a Bavarian as Paragon Festivals in partnership with the River District Alliance begin a new food and music tradition for Fort Myers. The event is the Fort Myers Oktoberfest, an authentic Oktoberfest experience on October 25-27, 2019 with hours Friday 4pm-10pm, Saturday 11am-10pm and Sunday 11am-6pm. Admission is free! Gather friends and family and meetup with associates from work to enjoy and relax over the weekend as we celebrate everything Oktoberfest!

As for edibles, stuff yourself with smoked sausages, roasted meats, sauerkraut, cabbage, and pretzels. Choose from a vast selection of beers. Add to your entrees with selections of side dishes, desserts and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Something for all tastes!

For 'music to the ears', relax and listen to live musical performances. Beginning Friday: the Bavarian Boys (authentic "oom-pah" and polka music) and Ari & The Alibis (funk, jazz, samba). Saturday performances are by: Alpine Doc (Bavarian, Americana 50's & 60's), Twinkle & Rock Soul Radio (rock, soul), The Verge (classic rock 70's to present) and CeCe Teneal & Soul Kamotion (blues, soul, roots). Finish the weekend on Sunday with performances by: Tahja (Bavarian dancing), Free Fallin' (Tom Petty Tribute Band) and Reverend Barry & The Funk (funk, soul). The list of performers and performance times are available on the event website.

As to the visual, between performances shop the Marketplace of arts, crafts and select fine products and services. Many great things to enjoy each day throughout the weekend.

So join us as the Fort Myers Oktoberfest offers seasonal brews, traditional Oktoberfest live music in addition to local rock & roll favorites, beer games and classic Oktoberfest food!
