The Sebastian Clambake, billed as a "Lagoon Festival," celebrates our special way of life along the Indian River, which has been the life-blood of our community since the 1700s. The lagoon provides our people with recreation, tranquil beauty and has fed our people for generations. The Festival is widely known for the quality of its food: linguine with red or white clam sauce, succulent shrimp, hearty clam chowder, fried fish & clam strips, steamed clams, crab cakes, pizza, hot dogs, and sausage, pepper & onion sandwiches are our featured culinary delights. We will serve cold draft beer, draft craft beer from Sebastian's own Pareidolia Brewery, Smirnoff Ice, Not Your Father's Root Beer, Not Your Father's Mountain Ale, O'Doul's non-alcoholic brew, and sodas! As an added touch, Pareidolia will provide two special craft beers, "ClamaJama IPA" and "Digger's Golden Ale," specially brewed for the Clambake!

The Sebastian Clambake Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, organizes the festival, and the proceeds are dedicated to local non-profit capital projects. Volunteers from our local community comprise the entire labor force.
