Florida's Christmas Train

It's the 6th year hosting this family fun event to support our organization. Experience the #1 Christmas Train in Florida! You'll get to see Christmas lights like you've never seen before as you take the 20-minute journey around the Kirby Family Farm property on our authentic, narrow-gauge historic locomotive. But The Christmas Train is so much more than a train ride! The Christmas Express is a wonderful holiday event that runs on select nights in November and December. There is lots of activities to see and do, and we recommend at least 2-3 hours for the entire Christmas Express experience.

The highlight of the evening is a featured train ride through thousands and thousands of Christmas lights pulled by our old-fashioned locomotive, one of only three just like her still in operation in the world! Enjoy more activities and amusement rides, a ride on the farm's imported Italian carousel, live entertainment, and free meet & greets with Ol' Saint Nick, a special secret Santa Elf Shoppe just for children ages 10 & under, and great food too! It's sure to become part of your family's Christmas tradition!

It's more than just a train ride!

LIVE SHOW! We are excited to welcome CIRQUE ADVENTURE to perform their Aerial and Acrobatic Christmas Show included FREE with your General Admission Donation. This live Christmas show will be available all 18 dates prior to Christmas. It will not be featured for the dates following Christmas.

CHRISTMAS CHARACTER MAZE! Last year was our first year for our indoor Christmas character maze. After visiting Ol' Saint Nick, families with Golden Tickets will be invited to wander through the Indoor Christmas character maze where they can meet Rudolph, Frosty, The Christmas Princess, and others. Pictures are FREE with your camera or phone!

GIANT MOVIE SCREEN IS BACK! Back by popular demand! Bring some folding chairs and watch Christmas classics on our giant movie screen! It's GIGANTIC!

Hosted by Volunteers, the entire event helps the development and programs Kirby Family Farm offers at-risk and special needs children who need a friend, or a farm, to help them through life's challenges. It's all held on-site at Kirby Family Farm in Williston, FL, which is located just outside of Ocala and Gainesville, Florida, approximately twenty minutes from Interstate 75.


General Admission: We ask for a $10 donation per person in advance, ages 3 and up, $15 at the gate if available. Children 2 and under are FREE, no donation is requested. Children 2 and under may be required to sit on their parent or guardians lap aboard the train.

Golden Ticket: Save in Advance! The all-inclusive Golden ticket includes everything an General ticket includes PLUS all optional activities. An all-inclusive Golden ticket combo pass is available for $20 donation in advance.
