| Description: | From 15th Annual Lady of the Lakes Renaissance Faire Website: It is one year since Guy Fawkes attempted assassination of King James. As a result of the foiled attempt, Parliament declared November 5 a public day of thanksgiving.
Our site includes over 100 Performers across 7 stages, a Joust Field, and a Chess Board. Come and watch Knights in armor, jousting, Fire-eaters, Pirates, Dancers, Comedians, Historical characters and a variety of Musicians.
Plan to stay for more than a day! The King and Queen have found the place to lay their heads, affordable for Nobles and Peasants! Read more under Lodging!
More than 70 Artisans fill our Shire, working in mediums such as metal (swords), pottery, leather work, blacksmithing, sculpture, candle making, jewelry, and garb such as corsets, head covers, and kilts just to name a few. *** We welcome service dogs only. We must turn away patrons with Dogs, Ferrets or other creatures, in consideration to our visitors and performing animals.
