The Gulf Coast Bluegrass and Folk Music Festival is a fundraising event for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Bay County, Florida. The event is held the 3rd weekend of October each year at Under the Oaks Park in Panama City/Parker, Florida on East Hwy 98/Tyndall Parkway over looking beautiful East St. Andrews Bay. The festival has a big draw and bands come from all over the southeast and as far away as Canada to participate and perform in this event. There are craft and food vendors that participate and there's a large playground onsite to keep the kids entertained. The event is on Thursday and Friday evening 6 pm til 10 pm, and Saturday 10 am til 10 pm.
