The Lake County Folk Festival is hosted by Public Arts & Music, which is a committee of the Lake Eustis Institute.

In 1997, Jeff Friberg and friends produced Lake Countys 1st Annual Folk Festival among the hay bales at Uncle Donalds Farm in Lady Lake. In 2001, this growing family of friends (now Public Arts and Music of the Lake Eustis Institute), with the cooperation of the City of Eustis, moved the 4th Annual Lake County Folk Festival to the beautiful, historic downtown on Lake Eustis.

Free to the public, and voted in the top 5 of Floridas folk festivals with a Whos Who in Florida acoustic music, the 18th Annual Folk Festival is a non-profit, sponsored festival. We encourage any support in time, money, or in-kind contributions. Mark your annual calendar for the second weekend in October!
