North Floridas only event dedicated to health, fitness and beauty information for ALL ages. This is the communitys chance to experience hands-on home gym equipment, and health and nutrition products. Over 150 local and national vendors will conduct FREE health screenings, provide FREE health and fitness information and FREE product samples. Plus, attendees will be entered to win valuable door prizes awarded every 30 minutes.

Children under the age of 12 will enjoy the interactive Kids Korner, learning how to live fit with fun activities. Kidz Zone activities include an obstacle course, where the entire family can compete for prizes. Learn how to start a garden in your backyard or plant box and learn how to prepare healthier meals from local chefs at the Cooking Stage. Join us on the Fit Floor for a variety of exercise classes including a Zumbathon competition.

Prior to the festival, The Tallahassee/Leon County community will recognize the best local fitness and health care professionals by voting online for The FIT Awards. The FIT Award will be presented at the Festival to those who exemplify premier Fitness, Inspiration and Training within their respective profession.

The Tallahassee Fitness Festival exposes guests to a genre of physical activities, health and nutrition options, and information that will improve their quality of life.

Created five years ago to address childhood obesity and their increased risk of adult obesity, the Tallahassee Fitness Festival has now become a hallmark event for the Leon County/Big Bend community. No other event provides this much information on health, fitness, beauty and nutrition for residents in an engaging and family-friendly environment.
