The festival will take place in downtown Tarpon Springs on Orange Street between Safford Avenue (Pinellas Bike Trail) and Alternate 19 - admission is complimentary. | Entertainment | The event opens with the tapping of the first keg by the cities own Mayor. A German Biergarten Tent will be surrounded by German and American food and beverage vendors, continuous live German Oompah/contemporary music, wiener dog races, dancing a new kidz Zone and games for all ages. | ||
| Activities | Bay Area celebrities will make regular toasts throughout the festival and visitors are encouraged to join in the games and contests that include best German costume, beer stein hoisting, best chicken dance, best beard contest and more. | ||
