Description: Sound Clash for Youth Bash
Schools Out! Rock the Park is May 27, 2016

INVERNESS, Fla. - May 2, 2016 – On the last day of school in Citrus County, students are invited to celebrate at an event designed especially for youth ages 10 to 17. The sound clash is a battle between DJ Trae Vance and DJ Redbeard to see who gets the crowd the loudest. Plus Dance contests, Food Trucks and new this year, the event has moved from downtown to Liberty Park. The event will feature the Rip Roarin' Game Rig, a mobile video game truck, face painting and photo booth. All the activities are free.

This event is part of a collaboration of the City of Inverness, the Florida Department of Health's Citrus County, and Tobacco Free Florida program which works with students in Citrus high and middle schools to prevent tobacco use and other destructive decisions.
