Can I get a refund?
No. There will be no refunds or exchanges. All artist and scheduled performance times are subject to change. Festival is outdoors and is rain or shine.

Will re-entry be allowed at the festival?
No. Once you have entered the venue, you will not be allowed to leave and come back in. Please plan accordingly.
How do I get there?
Directions to the festival site will be posted closer to the festival dates.

Is there a lost & found?
Yes. We will have a lost and found on site. Exact details will be posted closer to the event date.

When and where will the box office be open on site?
Box Office hours and location will be posted closer to the event dates.

What ages are allowed?
This is an all ages event. All attendees are required to purchase a full price ticket regardless of age.

What about the weather?
Welcome to Rockville is an outdoor event and is held rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges will be given for weather. In the event of rain, we advise ponchos and rain boots.

What IS NOT allowed in?

No professional cameras. No cameras with removable lenses.

We strongly encourage you to not bring bags of any sort. If you must bring a bag, please abide by the following: Small purse or hand-held clutch (maximum size: 1.5 x 6.5); A small or medium sized clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag (maximum size: 12 x 6 x 12); and a clear one-gallon re-sealable zip top bag (maximum is freezer size: 10 x 12 x 2)

Can I tie my boat up at Metropolitan Park?
The docks adjacent to Metropolitan Park will be closed during the festival and no one will be allowed to tie up at the docks the day of the show. However, the Metropolitan Park Marina will be open with free parking for boats and those arriving by boat will enter the venue through the main entry gate, which is only a short walk from the marina.

What time does the gate open and when will it be over?
Gates open at 11:00am. We will post end times closer to the event date.
Will there be plenty of food at the venue?
Yes. We are working with local food trucks, restaurants, caterers, and vendors to provide top-notch food, drinks, and deliciousness for all. A variety of beverages (including liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic) will be served all over the festival grounds as well in the General and VIP areas.
Will there be ATMs available?
Yes, there will be multiple ATMs inside the venue.

Will alcohol be sold?
Yes. Beer,wine and mixed drinks will be sold to those with a valid ID.

What do you get with a VIP ticket?
VIP Ticket Provides:

Separate VIP entrance to venue
Access to VIP lounge area featuring dedicated bar, beverage and food service (for purchase)
VIP-Only viewing area of main stage

I bought a VIP package and have a child who is 5 years old, can my child accompany me into the VIP with a paid General Admission ticket?
Yes, children under the age of five (who have a General Admission ticket) are allowed into the VIP area with an adult who has paid for VIP.

Where can I buy tickets in advance?
You can purchase tickets online via Frontgate Tickets. You can also purchase tickets in person at our local outlet partner. Please see our TICKET DETAILS page for full info on both options.
Are hotel packages available for this event?
Yes. Official Welcome to Rockville hotel packages are for sale exclusively through our website and Frontgate. The presenters of Welcome to Rockville are not responsible for hotel rooms, tickets or packages purchased any other way and we urge you to use caution if you are purchasing tickets, rooms or packages from an unofficial and unauthorized source.

Is there camping?
No camping is available at the show. Click HERE for a list of campgrounds in the Jacksonville area.

Can I use a credit/debit card to buy tickets, food, beverages and merchandise?
Yes for tickets and merchandise. Some food and beverage stands will have credit card machines, but the majority are cash only. We will have plenty of ATMs on site.

Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes. The venue is handicap accessible and there will be a special viewing area for those with special needs
