Its a country hoe-down Pinecrest-style at our 4th Annual Chili Cook-Off. Live country music bands, line-dancing, mechanical bull riding, Heat Dancers, a delicious selection of food, chili sampling and so much more! You can even enter an old fashioned hands-tied-behind- your-back, pie-eating contest. Dont miss this lip-smackin, thigh-slappin, cookin-up-a-batch-of-fun event for the whole family. Though this event is sanctioned by the International Chili Society and the primary competition is for professional chili cooks, we will host an amateur cook-off as well. So if you happen to be a home-grown chili master with a family recipe, dust off that apron and grab your cast iron pot, its not too later to enter! We have off-premise parking at Christ the King Church, Palmetto Senior High and Pinecrest Elementary, with free shuttle service to and from the Gardens.
