| Description: | From Ybor City Fiesta Day Website: Fiesta Day is a free, family-oriented "street festival." Celebrated for 67 years, it features ethnic food and entertainment along famed Seventh Avenue. Fiesta Day started out as a "verbena" or day of rest for the immigrant, cigar workers who settled Ybor City from Spain, Cuba and Italy.
La Setima (or 7th Avenue) is closed to traffic for the day, and exhibits, cafe areas and entertainment is set-up from 15th to 20th Street. Sample "gourmet street food" from Ybor restaurants along with exhibits by cultural destinations, quality arts & crafts vendors and ethnic music on our 7th Avenue Stage.
