| Description | Springfest 2012 Vendor Information Each vendor spaces is aproximately 8x10 ft and you must supply your own tables. We are accepting all types of arts, crafts, food, and boutique items. Gifts, clothes, accessories, handbags, cosmetics, skincare, food and anything else appealing to the public is welcomed. Vendor Spaces: $40 + 5 non-perishable items. Vendor fees must be paid no later than March 15th. Non-perishable items are to be turned in the day of the event. Springfest 2012 Vendor Awards Vendor Sponsor Most Unique Craft Most Unique Booth Most Professional Booth ~Winners will receive a trophies~ The Vendor Sponsor Award will go to the vendor who brings in the most non-perishable items. This can include canned or boxed non-perishable items, toiletries and paper goods. All packages need to be sealed in their original packages and not expired. RESTRICTIONS: · No Duplicate Reps. There may be only 1 \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'booth\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' for each company. Multiple reps in the same company will need to coordinate a booth together. Additional spaces can be purchased together but can not be listed as two separate companies. This is to insure no competition between vendors in the same company. *Preference will be given to the first paid applicant.* · Not Sharing Booths. Only one business per booth. · All tables must have a table cloth. Table clothes should be neat and clean and consist of a solid color. · No ffensive products. All products should be tasteful and not offensive in anyway including sexually, religiously or by race. · Each vendor is responsible for their own taxes. · No dangerous products allowed. Fire, explosives, dangerous chemicals and other productions must not be displayed at the event and may only be sold by brochure. · Returned Checks will incur a $25 returned check fee. · ALL checks must be made payable to STEPHANIE MANNING. · Sassy K Productions reserves the right to cancel the event due to lack of vendors. If for any reason there are less than 30 vendors, the event may be cancelled. Sassy K Productions will advise all vendors of the cancellation with in a timely manner. Sassy K Productions reserves the right to make any reasonable changes to insure the best for both the event and the vendors. Sassy K Productions will not be held responsible for any cancelation due to governmental acts, weather or Acts of God. TO APPLY: Click on the FORMS & FLYERS tab to the left.
