| Description: | Rules & Regulations for Participants * Our shows hours are always: 10 to 5:00 PM Sat and Sun. (with exception of Fishermens Village) You are not allowed to start packing before end of show. Vehicles are not allowed to be moved until 5 PM. Please think of your neighbors who may load very quickly at 5 PM and leave. * NO PETS allowed at shows. * You MUST park in exhibitor parking! Our shows are easy accessible for loading and unloading and exhibitor parking is always close. There is a continuing problem with some exhibitors thinking they do not have to follow the rules of parking and breaking down. Please read release form at bottom of page that you are signing. * Set up times at Fishermens village are strictly enforced by Mall. NO early set ups or breakdowns, as per my contract with them, they will impose a 50.00 fine to Event Organizer per violation, which will be passed on to exhibitor. * All items in booth must be hand-made by exhibitor. No imports!!! Bring ant spray and shims. All our shows are outdoors (exception of Fishermens Village). Weights only at Downtown Sarasota. * Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting the State Sales Tax and filing a report with the local Dept. of Revenue. * $75.00 deposit for each show is required. Bal. Due within 30 days of show. * There are no refunds for shows cancelled. Deposits are not transferable or refundable. Please do not ask. With a 30 day notice credit will be issued, less deposit for a future show. There are no rain dates. * Downtown Sarasota New Year -- bring weights -- the show takes place on pavement and blacktop. Absolutely no pavement nails or any other kind of nail is to be used -- WEIGHTS ONLY! * Anna Maria shows (Holmes Beach City Hall Field) -- all vehicles must be off site by 7:00 pm Sunday night according to City ordinance. * Phillippi Mansion -- absolutely no overnight parking of motor homes or RVs. Cargo trailers must park in designated areas -- not scattered all over the park. Application Process * Download Schedule and Application. (These documents are in PDF format; you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.) * Complete the application. * A $75.00 deposit (nonrefundable or transferable) is required to hold each show. Balance is due 30 days before each show. Spaces will be assigned when Balance is paid in full. * Send completed, signed application, 2 photos of your work, 1 photo of your display, and appropriate fees to: Sunset Boulevard Promotions, LLC 1959 Rolling Green Circle Sarasota, FL 34240 * Visa and Mastercard are accepted to pay show fees. Multi-Show Discount New! Due to the economy problems we are having, Sunset Boulevard Promotions would like to help with lowering prices to artists and crafters who would like to participate in five or more of our shows next season. (Oct 2009 through May 2010). * 8 OR MORE SHOWS -- $135.00 EA.; DOUBLE BOOTH: $230.00 * 6 OR 7 SHOWS -- $145.00 EA.; DOUBLE BOOTH: $250.00 * 5 SHOWS -- $155.00 EA.; DOUBLE BOOTH: $270.00 * 4 OR LESS -- REGULAR PRICE; DOUBLE BOOTH: REGULAR PRICE Conditions: 1. You must book all shows at once. Any later shows will be at regular price of $175.00 or Fishermens Village ($195.00) 2. All shows must be paid in full when applying for discount. 3. If one or more of any of these shows are cancelled, the remaining shows from this list will increase to regular price and there will be no refunds or transfers to other shows. 4. There will be absolutely no exceptions to these conditions. Please do not ask! 5. No transfer of any monies to other shows.
