You also had a lot of great topics and educational sessions. As you know, I am on the Leesburg Partnership Board, but I am also on the Boys and Girls Club Board and our Hospital is a not-for-profit, so all the information was very insightful. I think one of the biggest things I learned for the Hospital is how we need to use our now limited sponsorship dollars in the most efficient way possible. I also thought the technology sessions were helpful. Finally, I now have a better understanding of what goes into picking the music for an event and that is very interesting for our work on BikeFest. The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point was a great facility. I loved the fire works and all the food was great, especially the last night." MARK YOUR CALENDARS! The Florida Festivals and Events Association's 16th Annual Convention and Trade Show will be held August 4 â 6, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs, Florida. The Hyatt is offering the same room rate ($109) as last year for Wednesday and Thursday nights including a reduced room rate ($89) on Friday and Saturday nights. Room rate fees do not include applicable taxes and a $6 resort fee per night. For those wishing to extend their visit, the special FFEA room rate of $109 rate will apply before the convention, beginning on July 29th and after the convention through August 12th (with the exception of the $89 reduced room rate on August 6th and 7th).
